Assistant to President and CEO
Although Gloria Lepird’s job description is long and varied, her main focus is to support the day-to-day operations of the office of the company’s CEO, Greg Hoyt, to help him effectively and efficiently tackle his demanding workload and responsibilities.
A few of her administrative tasks include managing travel schedules and logistics, banking and bank requisition details for the company’s portfolio of properties and generally facilitating the operations of the President’s office.
Onboard since 2006, Gloria joined Arizona Industrial Properties after 16 years in the hospitality industry at the Buttes Resort and Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Gloria happily handles much of the administrative heavy lifting for the Hoyt Foundation — which, as the name suggests, is a charitable organization held near and dear to Mr. Hoyt as well the charity’s many benefactors.
One of a few rare Arizona natives, Lepird studied at Mesa Community and Arizona State University where her passion for ASU sports took root. In fact, Gloria and her husband hold season tickets to several major ASU sports, and even make the “travel team” whenever possible.
When not at the office making Mr. Hoyt look good, Lepird and her husband enjoy travel to destinations other than to Pac-12 cities such as Vancouver, Greece and Costa Rica.
