President and CEO
Although the President of Arizona Industrial Properties, Greg Hoyt, grew up in Southern California, he relocated to Arizona in 1980 to attend Arizona State University, and has remained in the Valley of the Sun since then.
The breadth of Greg’s experience in commercial/industrial real estate development spans 30 years. He currently serves as President and CEO of both Arizona Industrial Properties Inc. and Bryan Industrial Properties, Inc., located in Southern California.
Although the management of these two organization keeps Greg in perpetual motion, he still finds time to give back to the communities where his enterprises took root. Greg has served on the Board of Regents and Board of Trustees at Brophy College Preparatory since 2008. Greg also serves on the Brophy Crew Team Advisory Board, and has been the chairmen of the Annual Brophy Golf Tournament for the past six years. Greg has also has served as President of the R.S. Hoyt, Jr. Family Foundation since 1999.
Greg’s dual passions for golf and philanthropy took flight with his membership to The Thunderbirds—a non-profit, charitable organization founded in 1937 that, among other civic-minded endeavors, hosts the annual Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Hoyt served as The Thunderbirds President in 2004, and in the same year, Tournament Director of the Phoenix Open (then known as the FBR Open). In 2007 he was the Tournament Director FRYS.COM Open, a PGA TOUR Fall Series event. Hoyt also served as a Thunderbird Advisory Board Member from 2004-2010, and was a Board Member of Thunderbirds Charities from 2005-2007. He was on the Board of Trustees for Homeward Bound 2005-2008, and an Advisory Member UMOM/Helping Hands Housing Services.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys a competitive round of golf, cycling, fishing and any other form of outdoor activity in Arizona and Idaho. Most of all he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
