Arizona Industrial Properties
Greg oversees all operations at Arizona Industrial Properties in Arizona and Bryan Industrial Properties in California, leading all phases of the real estate acquisition and development processes in both Arizona and California. Specific responsibilities include project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight. He also provides leadership for both organizations with a long-term focus while maintaining the agility of a small privately held business.
Greg currently serves on the Thunderbirds Charities Board, the MVP Foundation Board and is the Chairman of The R. S. Hoyt, Jr. Family Foundation.
Past positions, to name a few, include Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman in 2004 and past FRYS.COM Tournament Chairman in 2007. Greg also has served multiple terms on the Brophy College Preparatory Board of Trustees, the Gonzaga University Board of Regents and 18 years on the board of The First Tee of Phoenix. Greg is a current Life member of The Thunderbirds and the EC70.
Greg thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the real estate business and his philanthropies. Greg and his wife, Becca, love spending time with their friends and especially love spending time with their adult children any chance they get. Greg also loves to golf, travel, fish, hike, bike, cook and anything on the water.
He’s lived in Phoenix for almost 30 years so he considers himself a native. He is married with 2 adult children.
Randy is a proud board member of the R.S. Hoyt, Jr. Foundation; a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1937; a member at Arizona Country Club and holds an Arizona Real Estate License. A graduate of Arizona State University in 1987, Randy is a native Arizonan, married and has three adult kids.
After graduating from Gonzaga University in 2016, Wade spent a year in Phoenix volunteer teaching at Brophy before moving to Seattle to begin work in commercial real estate. Wade lived in the Fremont neighborhood and was fortunate to meet a nice, local, family run real estate business that owned and operated all of their buildings. It was there with Fremont Dock Company that Wade got his Washington real estate license and worked on a tight team as a Property Manager.
Wade moved back to Phoenix and has been working as AIP’s property manager since the summer of 2020.
Laura and her husband Steven have three children who keep them very busy. Laura enjoys spending time in northern Arizona where they own 10 acres for a future retirement home.
Michelle has a daughter living her best life in New Zealand and a son in law school. During her non-work hours, she loves to explore all that is outdoors with her husband.
Beth is an Arizona native. Beth, and her partner Eric, have two very active children, and can usually be found at any sporting event or music venue when not at work. Beth also loves to give back to her community and currently volunteers at several community organizations.
Sayuri has lived in Phoenix for most of her life, moving from California when she was 5 years old. She recently married her partner and is expanding their little family of 2 dogs and 1 cat with their baby girl, arriving September of 2023.
When Karla isn’t working, she likes to explore the local shops, restaurants, breweries and music venues with her daughters. Karla’s motto is “Life is short. Take the trip. Buy the shoes. Eat the cake.”
He happily became a grandfather in June of 2021, following the birth of his granddaughter. He loves to travel and see new places with his wife.
