Gregory S. Hoyt

President/CEO

Greg joined Arizona Industrial Properties in 1986 two years after joining Bryan Industrial Properties in California. He has accumulated more than 38 years’ experience in Brokerage, Development and Property Management.

Greg oversees all operations at Arizona Industrial Properties in Arizona and Bryan Industrial Properties in California, leading all phases of the real estate acquisition and development processes in both Arizona and California. Specific responsibilities include project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight. He also provides leadership for both organizations with a long-term focus while maintaining the agility of a small privately held business.

Greg currently serves on the Thunderbirds Charities Board, the MVP Foundation Board and is the Chairman of The R. S. Hoyt, Jr. Family Foundation.

Past positions, to name a few, include Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman in 2004 and past FRYS.COM Tournament Chairman in 2007. Greg also has served multiple terms on the Brophy College Preparatory Board of Trustees, the Gonzaga University Board of Regents and 18 years on the board of The First Tee of Phoenix. Greg is a current Life member of The Thunderbirds and the EC70.

Greg thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the real estate business and his philanthropies. Greg and his wife, Becca, love spending time with their friends and especially love spending time with their adult children any chance they get. Greg also loves to golf, travel, fish, hike, bike, cook and anything on the water.

Peter J. Rottman

Chief Financial Officer

Pete’s responsibilities at AIP include all financial issues along with a decent amount of real estate operating responsibilities. Pete joined AIP in early 2003 but previously worked for several national CPA and private real estate firms where he specialized in the real estate industry.

He’s lived in Phoenix for almost 30 years so he considers himself a native. He is married with 2 adult children.

Randy S. Warner

Director of Marketing

Randy is the Director of Marketing for Arizona Industrial Properties (“AIP”). Randy oversees the leasing and marketing for an industrial portfolio in excess of 2.5 million square feet, with more than 400 tenants in the Greater Phoenix area. Randy joined AIP in 1999 and prior to that, Randy worked for First Industrial Realty Trust, Heitman Properties and USAA Real Estate Company.

Randy is a proud board member of the R.S. Hoyt, Jr. Foundation; a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1937; a member at Arizona Country Club and holds an Arizona Real Estate License. A graduate of Arizona State University in 1987, Randy is a native Arizonan, married and has three adult kids.

Wade Hoyt

Property Manager

As AIP’s Property Manager, Wade is in charge of overseeing and organizing all building related issues, maintenance and improvements.

After graduating from Gonzaga University in 2016, Wade spent a year in Phoenix volunteer teaching at Brophy before moving to Seattle to begin work in commercial real estate. Wade lived in the Fremont neighborhood and was fortunate to meet a nice, local, family run real estate business that owned and operated all of their buildings. It was there with Fremont Dock Company that Wade got his Washington real estate license and worked on a tight team as a Property Manager.

Wade moved back to Phoenix and has been working as AIP’s property manager since the summer of 2020.

Laura Kelley

Property Manager

As Property Manager, Laura is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations for the mutual success of the tenants, properties and company. Laura has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2005, shortly after moving to Arizona from the Chicago area. Laura has been a property manager since 2012 and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.

Laura and her husband Steven have three children who keep them very busy. Laura enjoys spending time in northern Arizona where they own 10 acres for a future retirement home.

Michelle R. Wood

Executive Assistant to Gregory S. Hoyt

Michelle joined Arizona Industrial Properties in 2017 following her near 20 years in the legal field as a paralegal. She works as an Executive Assistant to Greg Hoyt, taking care of all his business and personal needs, together with supporting any and all office staff.

Michelle has a daughter living her best life in New Zealand and a son in law school. During her non-work hours, she loves to explore all that is outdoors with her husband.

Elizabeth Procela

Controller

Beth’s responsibilities at Arizona Industrial Properties as Controller include establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, along with overseeing the accounting team. Beth joined the company in 2023 but previously worked for one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms, and in private real estate firms where she specialized in the real estate industry.

Beth is an Arizona native. Beth, and her partner Eric, have two very active children, and can usually be found at any sporting event or music venue when not at work. Beth also loves to give back to her community and currently volunteers at several community organizations.

Sayuri Castro

Accountant

Sayuri joined Arizona Industrial Properties in May of 2023 as an Accountant. She graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. While in school, she worked at a private real estate firm which further strengthened her knowledge and passion for accounting.

Sayuri has lived in Phoenix for most of her life, moving from California when she was 5 years old. She recently married her partner and is expanding their little family of 2 dogs and 1 cat with their baby girl, arriving September of 2023.

Karla McGillivray

Administrative Assistant

With a background of business and real estate sales, Karla joined Arizona Industrial Properties in February 2022. She processes our leasing documents, and is dedicated to providing an elevated level of service to our tenants.

When Karla isn’t working, she likes to explore the local shops, restaurants, breweries and music venues with her daughters. Karla’s motto is “Life is short. Take the trip. Buy the shoes. Eat the cake.”

Daniel Zappia

Maintenance Supervisor

Dan started with Arizona Industrial Properties in 2006 in the maintenance field. His background in construction and maintenance spans over 40 years. He is originally from the Midwest – Central Ohio area and is a Buckeye fan!

He happily became a grandfather in June of 2021, following the birth of his granddaughter. He loves to travel and see new places with his wife.
